Hello.  My name is Aaron Forsander. I like the Internet, technology, music, movies and pterodactyls.

I graduated in May 2008 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.  My areas of focus in college were power systems and electronics.  As a member of the University of Texas Solar Vehicles Team I developed an interest for alternative energy.  In addition to EE, I have a deep admiration and appreciation for the web as a means of communication and publication.  I still dabble in electronics with personal projects, but my main focus these days is on building web applications.

I am currently a member of two partnerships A Floor Above, LLC and Triceraclops, LLC. 

A Floor Above is a web design, development and consulting company started by me and my roommate Alex Sexton.  We develop websites for people when we can.  Feel free to contact me if you are interested in our services.  You can also fill out the form on our website.

Triceraclops is a company I started with my good friend Jordan Williams.  We are currently working on an iPhone application called Sectre.  Sectre is a real time strategy game where teams battle for control of real territories.  With your teammates you travel to locations and use the GPS in your iPhone to ‘attack’ those locations.  The idea is to take control of as many territories as possible.  The project is still in the very early stages of development but we are very excited with the results thus far.  Look for the final product in a couple of months.  In addition to Sectre we are also working on an online web based media player called Triceramedia.  This project was born out of my need to manage the music on my server.  It is a really great way to access your music from anywhere with a very clean an simple interface.  It is also in early development but should be completed by the middle of the year.
